  • EXCEL Coaching Sessions will take place on Zoom platform where we focus on:
    • leadership competencies and workplace challenges
    • the framework for strategic positioning
    • building community with peers
  • EXCEL Office Hours for deeper application of tools, frameworks and networking
  • EXCEL Accountability Partners and participant pairing for additional accountability and relationship building
• Specifically, we will explore topics such as:
  • Executive Presence
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Understanding and Managing Stakeholder Perceptions
  • Building Trust and Critical Workplace Relationships
  • Navigating Organizations + Corporate Politics, and more
• CliftonStrengths leadership assessment + debrief will be provided to all participants
• A leadership development plan template to support you in creating SMART goals during this cohort
